My complaint:
I was clicking buy on things I liked accidentally pressed finalise order or something like that which wouldn’t have been a problem if they hadn’t kept my bank details I wouldn’t want any company to do that. Hope you can sort this out I want the order cancelled.
Suggested solution:
the chance to see what was ordered the amount to see what I ordered and can I trust them now they have my bank details on file
