My complaint:
Very basic – they charged 3-79 x3 to my credit card – claimed I “ signed up “ for a wish club – with a monthly fee of 3-79 , when I contacted them explaining an error has been made , I never authorised this – they said I could cancel but no refund , lots of automated messages later – they refuse to even discuss the topic – and state over and over again I can cancel at any time
Suggested solution:
Refund the money , simple - they took it against my consent
