Complaint: Wish cheated me out of 144 and now will not let me send the stuff back

My complaint:

About 2 and a half months ago I was looking at things on Wish website
I had things in my cart as I was comparing a few things but had no intention of buying them.
I was looking at a purse and thought I was hitting a button to look at the details but it changed everything in my cart to my debit card. I didn’t know about the other stuff as I had looked at it a month before. When I saw that I had ordered the purse — I immediately requested a cancelation.
It was about an hour later that I noticed all the other stuff I was charged for.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I tried to cancel the rest and they said it was too late the window had closed in my frantic as I needed the money that they took out of my bank account.
I have waited over two months and finally got some of the order in a plain package with no return address -- You can't talk to a live person I have over 8 hours of conversation between us -- a bottom line I could not get a label because I disputed the charges - and they have a return window so naturally I will loos out.
