My complaint:
I had ordered almost 40-50 items from wish but only one got delivered. Rest I have claimed Time and again with refund and ordered again. But still my items were not delivered. Some of the items they are not giving refund as they are saying out of refund window. If I order and pay by cards an if don’t deliver you refund my money. Now I find myself losing almost 50-60 USD rolling around with them in wish cash and nothing gets delivered. I have been ordering since March 2020 or maybe even earlier. But my money is with them. Also they are not refunding almost 15-20$ and claimed out of refund window. My logic is simple if you don’t deliver then pay refund what is this bullying window shit.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money to my card as they failed to deliver my any item for over a year. They don’t even have a live customer service that can answer my question.
