My complaint:
Wish charged my card but there is no order on my name. It is not possible to call because their phone number 18002660172 says that they do not provide phone service and suggest go to their website. On the website there is an automatic assistant then can only help with existing orders. If order is not seen (but card has been charged) then no help either.
Suggested solution:
No reply on their side.
They took money out of my bank account. How can they get away with this???
