My complaint:
So I ordered my moms bday gifts and everything went fine so I wanted to get my stepdad bday gifts from there too. But somewhere in-between my address got changed and all the orders got sent to California.
Suggested solution:
100% refund on all items or all items reshipped on next day or express delivery.
