Complaint: DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM I ORDERED NOT GIVING ME A REFUND!!

My complaint:

I placed an order for a condenser microphone on June 11, 2020 in the amount total of $28.89 ..the item was originally estimated to be delivered on July 4th but because of the holidays they changed the delivery date to July 19, 2020. The next time I check the site on my order it says it has been delivered on July 2. I check outside to see if my package with my order had arrived and it had not. Whole day passes and it has not come even though updated tracking information said it was delivered to me. I contact Wish end of day on July 2nd or beginning of day July 3rd about the issue and got the response that I needed to submit a refund request for that order through their site on their app. When i attempted to select an option for a refund request there was no such option for that and contacting Wish’s customer support I have repeatedly been given the run-around with them now saying that I may have to wait until September 2020 to be able to get refunded. I tried calling the customer support number but they are not accepting support calls so the only way of contact is through their site or email but neither has been of any help to me and it is July 21st. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
