My complaint:
My Order was for me to pick up at store option. I was not aware of the 15 day window to puck up said order. I received many email telling me my order was ready for pick up. Not one of these email informed me i had a time limit. I went to the designated store the gentleman there could not give me my order because my code read “refunded”…. my order was lying on the floor right in front of me. I contacted wish customer service. They apologized and suggested i reorder!!! They will not do what i suggested so i can have my merchandise. 80% charge on a $78.00 order. Thats criminal!

Well thank you! My suggestion was to reverse the refund and give me a new code (or reactivate present code) so i may have the merchandise i had paid for.
