My complaint:
i HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MY RECEIVED ORDER SINCE SEPT 23200. i HAVE BEEN CONTANTACTING SUPPORT AGENTS EVERY DAY AND SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY. THEY DON’T READ THE PROBLEM EXPLAINED AND KEEP COMING UP WITH ANOTHER EXCUSE. aT ONE TIME i WAS TOLD TO SNED IN A PICTURE AND THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. i DID THAT AND OF COURSE GOT ANOTHER AGENT MAKING EXCUSES. NOW THEY TELL ME MY TIME HAS EXPIRED FOR A REFUND, THAT IS NOT MY FAULT. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED WEEKS AGO. pEOPLE TOLD ME NOT TO BUY FROM WISH BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS. SHOULD HAVE LISTENED BUT NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE. IN FACT I RECD 2 OTHER WIGS THAT WERE TOO SMALL AND WAS REFUNDED i DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WON’T REFUND ME, BUT I WILL DEFINETLY GO TO THE MEDIA AND BBB IS YOU CAN’T RESOLVE THIS.
Suggested solution:
THEY SHOULD ISSUE A FULL REFUND OF 75.00 AS THIS DOES NOT MEET CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS .
