My complaint:

I placed an order from Wish on August 2 for $107. My order was supposed to be shipped between 12-14. I checked and was told free item was delivered August 15 but it wasn’t. I was told all other items were refunded. But my money was not refunded back to my acct. I want to know why items were refunded after I paid for them?

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Either ship my items as agreed or put the money back in my acct. They didn’t wait to withdraw the money after my order was placed. They don’t need to wait to put it back.
