My complaint:
Before I ordered this sofa cover, I tried to call customer service at wish so that I could find out how to order the one I wanted. I couldn’t get any help. So I tried to order the one I wanted which was pictured on my order, but I still got the wrong one. They did tell me they would send me returned instructions on my email and they never did. Time’s running out for my 30-day return.
Suggested solution:
They should send me the instructions to return the Tesla cover like they said they would my email is still waiting and so am I.
