My complaint:

I ordered a very temptation 3 balls of yarn – and I got charged £ 21.04!!!!
I waited until I received the parcel: huge, shocking surprise! I got such of joke of yarns – 12 pcs. Nicely, with calm I addressed my disappointment to customer service -vax! that service can be called anything else but not customer support. I am in correspondence since 3 days and they are not willing to get back the samples they sold me and simply refund my money. The way they are treating me is absolutely unacceptable. They are abusing my patient, stolen my money and not willing to make it up. Have to be a law and control on this kind of business ( actually rubbery). Attached is a picture – near the pack I received is one normal yarn ball…just to understand the huge trick they are practising on this website.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They simply have to get back their treasure - I will send it back immediately, as they send me the postal label (it is a normal, reasonable way), and, to REFUND my money (I can prove what they charged me by bank statement)
