My complaint:
I sent back an item on the 16th july and as yet have not had a sensible answer from Wish. All the answers are machine generated and don’t come anywhere near answering my questions. I am tired of contacting them and not getting an answer from a real person.i want my refund and they are obviously trying desperately not to give it. I’ll never buy from them again.
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund and stop pussyfooting around.
