My complaint:
I was given a code for being with wish 3 yrs. Tried to use that code less that 24hrs after receiving it and it doesn’t work. Spoke to the so called customer support only to be given the same and I mean exactly the same answer over and over again. Frustrated? Way more than frustrated. Giving someone a code and not allowing them even a full day to use it, is wrong. I want the code I was given or a new one. It’s an easy solve or so you would think. Complaint lodged on complain.biz. First of many to come your way

Give me my code or equivalent. Simple really. I'm not even asking for more than that even though I have been through so much trouble just to get here
