My complaint:

I placed an order on May 20th and paid $15 shipping. Delivery date set as June 5th. That date has come and gone. They keep extending the delivery date out an extended 5 or 10 days,…..last date was July 5th. I go to see IF I can get any info from tracking this morning and now the delivery date is Switched, AGAIN, to July 20th.
NO, NO and NO! There is NO way to contact anybody in customer service and I’m sick of the virtual help that is NO help. No way to contact the seller either. The seller is “Giggle”.
I simply want my money back!!
Poor, poor customer service,….because there really is none.
So frustrated.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and the $15 I paid for shipping.
Horrible service!
I would upload a pic but I didn’t know I would have the option to post or I would’ve screenshot it.
If I can come back and update, I will post.
