My complaint:
Last summer of 2020 I ordered several items as I have done for years with no problems in the past. I was especially looking forward to chrome window trim for my Ford Fiesta that i ordered for $45.00 and shipping. The site said it would be a longer delivery time of November 12th due to slower mail due to pandemic. I still ordered the item and waited. I realized I hadn’t recieved it once December rolled around and used the tracking available and it showed still in transit as I understood it. It ed the question Have I Recieved the Item? I selected No. I recieved a message that stated something like sorry and they are working on it and please be patient. I have been and it’s now January 22nd and I followed up again and now the tracking shows it was returned to sender in China for whatever reason and a message showed that I was past my 30 day time period for a refund on an item I never recieved in the 1st place. I had no choice but to review this policy that I never saw before. It shows this policy was put in place 1 month ago which does not apply to the time period of the order. Also, if that’s how they do business they should have never ed me to wait on it in the first place. I should either recieve the item I paid for or get a refund. I will not order again from Wish until this issue is resolved.
