Wish complaint: Where Are My Bikes, Wish? or: I Look Really Funny Riding These Earrings

My complaint:

I ordered an ebike from them weeks ago, as well as a non-e fat bike. Was told fatbike was out of stock about a week later. OK, fine. Still had ebike coming,according to tracking- slowly, but on its way. The day came- I recieved a notification while at work that my package had arrived. Psyched, I rushed home so as to beat any potential porch pirates- and my heart sank. Nothing on the porch, and certainly nothing e-bike sized. Checked USPS, said package was delivered- in the mailbox. No, said I to myself, that’s not possibly right. Checked mailbox. In amongst the usual flyers and other tree waste, a small white package that turned out to have my bike’s tracking number, but contained an apology note in broken English and a small cloth pouch containing a pair of faux pearl earrings. Alas-my holes have long since grown back in, and I was never a pearl kinda guy anyway.
I have elected to repeat this as an experiment- another ebike and a regular bike are supposedly in the fulfillment process- and have been regularly asking customer support for signs of progress. The processing date moves further and further out, despite my having paid for expedited shipping, and that’s all that happens.

Suggested solution:

I want what I ordered. Really, I should be getting what I ordered at a STEEP discount, given the immense annoyance and inconvenience of all this, but...
