Wish complaint: Waiting 6 months for my order

My complaint:

I placed an order on the 8420 with wish, my order number is 5e892463a12aa761b47b40fa. I was told to expect a delay due to the current pandemic, which I have no problem with. Six months later I sent an email to Wish Customer Support asking of the whereabouts of my order. I received an email back from Sherwin telling me because it had gone beyond the 30 days of the arrival date I was given I am not entitled to a refund, I never wanted a refund I just want my order. I replied to Sherwin saying that this was disgraceful, they take my order, take my money, never send me my order and keep my money. Sherwin refuses to reply to me.

Suggested solution:

All I want for them to do is do the right thing and send me my order that I paid for.
