Complaint: Delay of delivery

My complaint:

According to a facebook add, which practically caused me to sign on to wish in the first place, it is said that I should recieve my delivery in 15 days. Well, it has bben 15 days since I placed my order, and no item has found it’s way to me. According to the tracker of the order it is due to arrive by november 23, which is way more than 15 days.

Suggested solution:

Either remove the add from Facebook, or be true to your advrtising and get the deliveries to costumers on time.
