My complaint:

This past summer, I made quite a few purchases from Wish. I had 2 accounts, both emails are as follows:

Around the time of my last purchase, I got locked outta my accounts. i contacted Wish via my roommates Wish account (bullpup7718@gmail.com). I reported my dilemma and I wasnt able to get a response from Wish Since it was during the height of the Pandemic of 2020, when I didnt receive my packages, I just assumed it would take longer with the Pandemic So U can imagine my shock when I was finally able to access my account via my friends computer, and learned that I would never receive my many purchases due to refund time expiring, I still cant access my accounts via my phone This isnt right. I had tried and tried to no avail, I want my purchases. I paid for them. I reported my dilemma as soon as i knew. Noone helped me and I STILL WANT THE ITEMS I PAID FOR. PLEASE ASSIST MY PLIGHT..
