My complaint:
I made a purchase, fir $135 on 27 May, 2020, of 13 items. I have received only 5 if those items. I am still waiting on delivery of 8!!
This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO WAIT GOING ON 4MOS and according to WISH. still won’t receive until sometime between 4 Sept and 24 Oct!! WTH!! I had things I ordered specifically for summer!! Now I by tome get them, won’t be able to wear or give as gifts!!
I am totally disappointed with WISH!! And the fact that they have no real person to speak with or complain too!! Just canned answers!!
Suggested solution:
I want a REAL person response to my issue!! I paid good money for items I feel I'll probably NEVER receive!! And if this shipping for the rest of my items is such an issue, that WISH would personally reach out to their customers and offer solutions, instead of just ignoring us!! I want refund of alllllll shipping charges and I want my items I ordered!!
