My complaint:
I ordered a product that was to be delivered by the end of June.Their website now states delivery won’t be until September! They did not contact me to give me a chance to cancel the order prior to shipping. They had to have known that shipping would be late. They needed to give me a chance to cancel and not just ship it. Ridiculous! I will never order from them again.
Suggested solution:
They need to give me a chance to cancel the order and return item to them when it arrives by providing prepaid shipping label.
