My complaint:
Hello,
I am very dissapointed and confused. I have return the item which was a wig 3 months ago which was on the 17th of April 2021 via Hermes Delivery and return to the description wish gave me but up till no I haven’t received my refund. I have reported many times to Wish Support service but they didn’t do nothing and said to me they need a picture of the item returned but I dont have the picture and U has been a long time, I can’t even find it. I only got the details of return the item I returned or the Order number of the item.
Suggested solution:
They should return return my refund back.
I actually have more pictures incase you want to see more but at the bottom it gaves me one picture to upload.
