My complaint:
I placed an order on the 31st of January 2020 for a pair of Beats By Dre wireless earphones. Today is the 3rd of June and I still haven’t received my order. When I try to contact customer support, they tell me I cannot open an already closed ticket.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund
