My complaint:
I sent you a message about a week ago about a vaccum claner I did not receive (but was charged $7). I have not heard a word from you since. You claim it was delivered. I say it was not. I received everything else from that order, but not the vaccum. Please respond.
Suggested solution:
By sending the unreceived merchandise or refunding $7.
