My complaint:
I ordered a skull-designed bike helmet from Wish. They sent me a notification via email that it was delivered last 32121.
Emailed them that it seemed unlikely to have been delivered on a Sunday since the Post Office is closed Sundays.
Wish and the Post office ed it was delivered or sxanned at my address. Well, I didn’t receive it. I have asked for a refund or replacement. Their refund policy is such that they will only refund me if the item is marked as return to sender. How can anyone return anything that has not been received?
So it has been a back and forth thing, they would ask for a description of the item, or ask for the order number, though hey already know it, then only to end with still no helmet.
Suggested solution:
Either refund me of $62 plus applicable taxes and shipping fees or send a replacement.
