My complaint:

I placed my order in June of 2020 and received a notification that it would be delivered by 29 September 2020. I received an update in August when I requested it and was told it was still being processed.

The deadline of the 19th of September came and went and I did not get delivery. When I asked about it, I was told they would check on the order. I communicated via online chat.

the next opportunity to check on my order came in November of 2020 when I was told it was too late, by the policy of, to request a refund. I also queried the online chat again in Jan 2021 to see if I could get resolution. Again, I was told no refund andor no return. I found the comment about no return funny since I never received the product. I filed for a dispute with the CC companybank and they said it had been too long since the transaction posted and the only recourse I had was to negotiate with

In April, I contacted and they again told me no refund would be issued as it was outside their refund term.

for the above reasons, I am posting my complaint here.
