My complaint:

I’ve placed an order for ‘gardening tools’ last May 9, 2020 together with other stuff. However, each item I’ve ordered had their own expected delivery dates. Not one of those delivery dates were followed due to the COVID-19 restriction which was acceptable. I started to receive my orders last week of May, the earliest, then every month afterwards until July 2020. Due to the fact that I had several items being delivered on different dates for a long time, I missed to monitor the one I mentioned above (gardening tools). All I thought I’ve already received all my orders, it’s been a long time. Until today only, I realised I never received those tools– i’ve already harvested what I’ve planted long time ago.. I had to buy tools from another local shop. I didn’t realise those tools would still come from China when I made the purchase online. I got the tracking number from the website but the last status I could see was when the item left China to USA, dated 5132020– but then — Arriving August 17, 2020– which I never got to receive any if ever it was delivered.

Given the unprecedented and unavoidable circumstances, may I ask for reconsideration for refund for the cost of the undelivered items.
