Complaint: Haven’t received more than 75% of what I ordered

My complaint:

The ship dates keep changing, and I have only received 1 of about 9 items I ordered in May. There is NO HUMAN BEING to speak with. I want a refund for the $ I spent immediately and all orders cancelled but there is NO OPTION for that on the website.
