My complaint:

I did ordered expensive graphics card 03.04.2020 they taken money through pay pal about one week after that on my wish account I got info. that estimated time for delivery is 21.05.2020 what sounds for me too long I contacted wish few time they ask me wait till end of estimated time so I did it but now is nearly 2 weeks after estimated time and I have no idea where the card is because since that I did try contact wish team but no any respond they don’t care about clients looks like so I don’t have money and no card as well even if they refund me I can say they made big mess in my life because I already sold my old graphic card I need to do lots of things on my computer and thanks to bad services from wish company I stuck on one pleace.

Suggested solution:

I expecting reall explanation what happened where is card and also expecting get asap card from them in same money what I paid

2 years ago - it is horrible company for me just few weeks ago I made account on wishweb page but I never seen something like that waiting so long and didn't get what I order and non of their advisors contacted me in case of it I don't want to buy through them anything no more if they don't solve it as suppose to be because it is not my fault
