My complaint:
I ordered some items in January and February. I waited to collect the green slips that indicated the items arrived. They never did. When I went to the post office I received two of the items. The others were sent back. I tried to get a refund and only got back partial refund. There was no where on the app to get a full refund.
Suggested solution:
I need a full refund since the items were not delivered.
