My complaint:
made an online order 2 months ago, last tracking said it was customs in south africa, when i contact support center, they only gave me 2 options, wish cash or total refund, my problem is i don’t want either, i want the product, but there’s no option to choose that!
Suggested solution:
they still have the product available, why can they not just send me a replacement?
