My complaint:
Two Unauthorized purchases were made on my debit card totalling $508.72!! Which left me only $13.75 in my account! When I try to call customer service im directed to go online because they ‘currently don’t offer phone support’ even though there is a phone number listed on Google. The online service says it will send me a form to fill out. Now I sit and wait and in the meantime cant make my automatic bill payments or buy groceries for me and my kids. What a scam!! Wish is the worst company ever!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money and find out who is responsible for making these purchases and hold them accountable
