My complaint:

On or around 12:35am on June 2, 2020 an order was placed on wish using my debit card. At 4:41am I contacted the support team at wish informing them that I did not place nor authorize this purchase of 64.07 and could they cancel the order and refund my funds. This was well within the 8 hour window for cancellations or such. Since then I have had 4 different members contact me via email asking for screen shot of my account, order ID , the Gmail associated with order, and amount of purchase. I have complied to all thier request in a timely manner. However there is no follow through, I get passed from one person to another, and all I am and have requested is that the amount of 64.07 be returned to my account. And while all this is going on the order continues to be processed, sent to retailers, as if NOONE has said anything. I have also requested to be contacted by the entity that handles these complaints, only to be asked for information I already sent, or an implied statement is made. So I feel, ignored, pushed to the side or from one to another. And I believe there has been plenty of time for this matter to be resolved.
