My complaint:
So I ordered my product on the 18 of April expected on 5 of march no product and delivery date changed to the 20th of April so waited again no product.
I contacted wish and requested a refund as to there refund policy and was emailed a response from a wish rep sayingvthat was still in the delivery time frame and I should get the product by the 4 of june, so i wait until the 4th of june 47 days later still no product so i contact wish again and request my refund as advised by there adviser.
To be told that my expected delivery date was the 11th of june and thay cant issue me a refund because of this now I’m one very angry customer as I was told to contact wish on the 4th of June to see what thay can do.
Suggested solution:
Not send rude emails with false information.
Stay in line with the own refund policy.
Do more than fob me of with a new expected delivery date for the 4th time
