My complaint:
Morning,
Someone other than myself has made purchases on my account. There were 3 purchases for a fishing hook. I was able to cancel one but not the other 2.
Suggested solution:
Ensure not processed so I don’t pay for something I don’t won’t and it won’t happen again.
