My complaint:
Placed an order on Feb 2nd for a wireless outdoor security camera. Received ation that my order would be shipped between Feb 15th and Feb 18th Order ID: 5e3c71ff577c66a6e108dc6a. I contacted Wish through messanger and they advised me that it would be here by April 6th. Still not here. I did get a response saying they needed my VISA number in order to the order (even though I gave them the Order ID. I DID NOT order through VISA to begin with. I have all the documentation on emails received and sent back to them but no answer. I still have messenger requests and responses as well.
Suggested solution:
Get this product to me by end of April or I will be contacted news media.
