My complaint:
I bought a professional drone supposedly, twice now, and I get a piece of crap mini drone that is worth nothing, the first time they refunded my money but not the shipping costs, and they said sorry they sent the wrong item, so I reorder the same item, and now they said they fulfilled my order correctly and that’s it, when the first time they told me they made a mistake with the item, hour can they say they shipped the right one of I ordered the same item and I got the same wrong item again but they now say it’s the correct one this is bull.
Suggested solution:
I want the drone I ordered, I don't even want my money back I must want the drone this is twice I ordered it so now I want it exactly as I ordered it the first time, the L109 drone with brushless motors, a gimbal and 4k camera, and 4 batteries that are 11.1 volts each not 3.7 volts line the ONE battery I got and I need it ASAP
