Wish complaint: Trying to claim refund

My complaint:

I have emailed endless times but robot answers, getting nowhere. First order 2 rings when I ordered one. Inside said return to MMCo,LA CA 90014.This I did on 22 Jan.Rings cost £38 postage £9.

Suggested solution:

Refund please.
