My complaint:
Toilet rolls were due to be delivered on28th Apri. It is now May 3rd and I have no information about delivery.
Also my seed tray arrived yesterday and was screwed up to go in the letterbox, which has made it unusable.
Suggested solution:
I need the toilet rolls delivered.
I need a new seed tray
