My complaint:
Well as we are in Lockdown we were in 24 hours! I think that this is a scam on Wish and tjis is not the only complaint.
I think Wish need to tighten up. I for one will be contacting Social Media and advertising this terrible service.
Suggested solution:
I think they need to re send ghis same item and apologise for their handling of this. Also they need to jake contacting ghem easier on their 'so called ' Customer Care - they obviously do not care?
