My complaint:

I sent 2 pairs of shoes back for a refund
Wish only gave me a refund for one pair
Both pair were in one box sent by usps
I had both labels on both sides of the box
They were the return labels
They keep asking me for the return receipt like I didn’t send the shoes
But they already gave me a refund for one pair

Suggested solution:

Just give me my refund
I already sent them the order number and also the name of the shoes
I don’t understand how you can open the box with 2 pairs of shoes and send me a refund for one pair
