My complaint:
Hello my name is Jac van weel and I want your assistance since i received Counterfeit items and then when I tried to get customer assistance wish restricted my wish account then asked me to provide a photo ID to verify my account and yet I’ve sent them atlest 35 photos of my photo ID and yet my wish account is still restricted and also have had no response from them and this started 2 to 3 days ago and they said that customer service will reply to me in 2 to 3 days and yet still waiting for the restriction to be taken off my wish account
Suggested solution:
Taking the restriction off my wish account and also getting a refund for counterfeit items as the items I received are not 18k like advertised the items I received where made from either cheap steel or even made from tin and also with abit of gold paint on it and I'm not happy and would love your assistance
