Complaint: Taking money but getting no products

My complaint:

I made orders on june 1 and was told that due to covid19 the times were estimated longer to accommodate this so my shipment dates were for july 4th i have pictures, then also i was told that if the time were excessive i coukd get my money back. Soooo i waited and waited, still to this day nothing, but they do keep extending the time now its September 7 8 9 and so on…. ny problem is i cant even ask for my money back because the site moves the date right before it expires so you cant even get to ask fir a refund. Customer service and i have ALL the emails told ne i was eligible for a refund but never gave it to me. Now every email is a template answer telling you we’re sorry but your not getting your money back you just have to wait your time because its not even close to your delivery date. So my question is how do i get my money back and if the products are not being shipped in a decent time then why do they even allow these merchants to sell? Take our money for months and we have not item or recorse to get it back

Suggested solution:

Give me ALL of my money back for items not recieved after 45 days!!!!!

Stop allowing merchants to sell their products on this site knowing they cant ship them to you!

Also stop last minute updating time of delivery so the the computer wont allow you to file for a refund

Learn what excessive is! If you think from june 1 until sept 9th isnt excessive then theres a problem!

If you posted that time frame to me before i made this order i would have never made these purchases! Its not excessive to them because they have your money and we are left in the cold for months at a time. While the merchants spent or save gaining them intrest and or more inventory
