My complaint:

Wish has failed to deliver, as promised, on two orders placed through their website on May 26, 2020. They continue to move their “Estimated Shipping Window” (4 times now) and use this as an excuse to avoid refunding the purchase price.

Customer service is completely incompetent and unhelpful. They’ve essentially stolen from me and many others from what I’ve read.

Refund the full purchase price, tax and shipping for both products.
