My complaint:
Ordered items in April for a birthday gift total of 5 separate items. I received shipping refund on three items that I have not yet received. They keep shifting my date that is due to arrive when it doesn’t get here. Now they’re telling me I’ve gotten a refund on the gift card I used.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund mailed to me no more wish cash and you can't put her in a card that I don't have
