Wish complaint: someone stole money out of my account

My complaint:

I have complained to Wish about someone getting into my account and stealing my money. the person also went and refunded my products to get my money and then bought more items! I tried to reach out , wrote an email and nothing was done about it! I changed my information and this person still got in. I had to deactivate my account. I actually enjoy buying off of wish but not when my personal information is at stake. I shouldn’t have to worry the way I have been.

Suggested solution:

They should give me my money back and prosecute the person who did this.
