My complaint:

I have not received any notification that my parcel has been sent. Have just received invoice for my payment of $AU37.00 for items ordered by me on 28th April, 2020.

Suggested solution:

My order with Wish has not arrived. I have only received an invoice to say they received payment (see attached photo) and have received no ation that my items have even been sent!! Is this a scam company?. I ordered a pack of 10 ladies' briefs $AU37 on 28th April and don't know how to contact Wish company to find out any information. Sincerely, Jan Foley.

3 years ago - Wish is totally lacking in customer service. I ordered a pack of 10 briefs and ordered Size L instead of Size M. I realised my mistake within a few minutes of me placing the order, and contacted Wish to get them to change the size. This was before they would have even had a chance to assemble the order, let alone send it!! I noticed in the invoice that the sizing had NOT been changed from L to M, so I'm not at all happy with this company!! Very poor communication between order department and despatch department!!
