My complaint:
I had purchased TWO flying jackets from WISH, when they arrived one looked BROWN as opposed to BLACK, labelled a Medium (which is what I normally wear..) but came up small on me. The second jacket also labelled a Medium came up even smaller on me than the first..
Now, WISH are saying that they are ‘China Sizes’ and that they can come up 2-3 sizes smaller and NO REFUND IS DUE..!!
So, i’m assuming that it is all MY FAULT for not being Chinese I suppose, WHO KNEW that Chinese sizes are smaller, clearly i’m not ordering from China, by that logic, they’d be within their rights to send me a Korean Medium or a Medium from a store that caters for Dwarfs, I ordered MEDIUM so as long as it has an ‘M’ on the label I’m expected to accept it and be happy, wether it fits or not I suppose, If I’d tried on a MEDIUM in an ENGLISH store and it came up smaller for whatever reason, would they then BLOCK ME from the changing room and FORCE ME TO PURCHASE IT..!! just because a NORMAL MEDIUM is what I usually wear..?
I thought WISH was a RESPECTABLE company, like eBay and Amazon, who are in business not ONLY to make a profit, but to make customers HAPPY, but no, like ANY disreputable company it’s GREED, and money at ANY COST, regardless of the customer’s THOUGHTS, FEELINGS and most importantly, CUSTOMER RIGHTS..!!
WISH are on another planet if they believe that this is either acceptable or indeed the end of the matter, and the only WISH that I have now, is that I’d NEVER SET EYES on this Corrupt, Fraudulent, ‘Garden Shed’ of a company..
Suggested solution:
They should REFUND MY MONEY..!!
As these jackets now are only taking up hangers, as they DO NOT FIT ME..!! My apologies for NOT being Chinese, and small enough to fit the Jackets, I was foolish enough to believe that they were supposed to fit ME..!!
And THEN for them to FORGET that I exist, and I shall quite happily afford them the same favour..
