Wish complaint: shipping time

My complaint:

I am paying a ton of money in shipping in fact the shipping is almost half the price as the order or more and none of my stuff has arrived in estimated time frame instead they change the expected delivery time and extend out another month I placed an order in mid April and still not a single item has arrived yet here it is towards end of May so more than 30 days later and they say o contact us if not here by end of June no way should I have to wait 2 months for shipping especially when I have to wait 2 months to get items I ordered for a persons birthday that has already came and gone

Suggested solution:

refund my shipping and get me my orders or reship my items priority and express shipping at no cost

3 years ago - They have designed customer service as if they don't allow or don't have error i havent determined if this entire site just ripped me off for hundreds of dollars or if ill get my items or not but nothing in over 30 days after paying full shipping price is out of this world crazy
